Some of you who were around when I launched the Apache giveaway video a few months back may have been aware that some third party spammer tried to scam people out of money by claiming they had won, and needed to contact someone for details…
Anyway Jack (PflaumenTV on youtube) kindly responded to every single spam comment to the HUNDREDS of users who had entered. He wasn’t asked to do this, he just did it off his own back, while I was sleeping. I woke to his attempts and based on this random act of kindless, I decided to offer him something random and kind in return, and a couple weeks ago he received the F14 tomcat.
Sometimes good things do come round. Jack also since helped me on a project that I hope to bring at some point when I have a little bit more time.
